Meet our Doctors
Dr. Anthony Tran
Dr. Tran earned his doctorate in dental surgery from the prestigious University of Southern California in 1997. While attending the University, Dr. Tran was well known for his friendliness, helpfulness and his knowledge and dental skill.
Prior to attending the University of Southern California, Dr. Tran received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineer from Cal Poly University Pomona in 1982. Dr. Tran then worked for Hughes Air Craft Company, Northrop Company, and Hughes Air Craft Space & Communication for years. Since he loved to work with people instead of machines, in 1993, Dr. Tran decided to go back to school for dentistry. He found out that dentistry was really rewarding.
With a commitment to delivering the highest level of contemporary, comprehensive and compassionate dental care, Dr. Tran established his own practice in Modesto in 2000. Although he is in general practice, the heart of his work is cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Tran continues to educate himself on the latest materials and techniques. He participates regularly in continuing education and advanced training courses throughout the country.
His passion and dedication in dentistry have been recognized by many patients in Modesto who love and stay with him for years.
Dr. Tran is a lovely, responsible, and caring person. He enjoys spending time outside the office with his wonderful family. He and his wife (Dr. Emily Nguyen) have two small children, Brian and Carissa. He also enjoys spending his vacations traveling with family and friends.

Dr. Emily Nguyen
Dr. Nguyen completed her college education then went on to attend San Francisco State University before graduating from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2000. She became associated with Dale Family Dental and joined Dr. Tran to practice general dentistry with a focus on cosmetic techniques for which she is specially trained and has a particular passion. Her artistic eye and good dental skill have allowed her to create beautiful and natural appearing smiles.
Dr. Nguyen enjoys traveling, photography, music and spending time with her family and friends.
